SALARY AND BENEFITS
We offer highly competitive salaries, without inconvenient extra; each hour worked is paid! In addition, each employee begins his first year with 3 vacation weeks and 11 holidays are paid by LTI, 3 more than the 8 prescribed by the employment standards.

SCHEDULE
At LTI, schedules are flexible, on a weekly basis of 37.5 hours per week. You arrange your schedule and in turn LTI makes sure to minimize the need for overtime!
